Complete detail of Sbi Clerk Prelims
SBI conducts a recruitment exam to hire candidates for the Clerical cadre/Junior Associate post. .It is a national level exam and the minimum required qualification to apply is Graduation. There are two parts of the exam- prelims, and mains respective. There is no interview round for the post and candidates will be shortlisted based on their final results.

SBI Clerk-Educational Qualification

Graduation in any discipline from any institution recognized by the Central Government.

Candidates who are in the final semester/year may apply, if and only if they are able to produce the proof of degree completion on or before August 31, 2020.

The candidates having integral dual degree or IDD certificate should make sure the date of passing is before January 1, 2020.

Verbal and written proficiency in the official language of the state/UT is mandatory.
SBI Clerk- Nationality/Citizenship

Citizenship of India.

Subject of Bhutan or Nepal.

Tibetan refugee whose family migrated to India before January 1, 1962.

Persons of Indian origin migrated from Burma, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, or East African countries like Ethiopia, Zambia, Uganda, Zaire, Malawi, Kenya and Tanzania, with the intention of permanently settling in India.

In case the candidate has a different but eligible origin other than citizenship of India, they must get a certificate of eligibility issued by Government of India in their favor.

SBI Clerk Prelims Exam Pattern
There are 3 sections in the exam – Reasoning Ability, English Language and Numerical Ability. The time span of all the sections is 20 minutes each. The marks obtained in the preliminary exam are just the qualifying marks for the main exam, it does not offer any type of employment.
